      Clay's Clydesdales, located in beautiful south central Wisconsin, is owned and operated by DeVere and Barbara Clay.   We have been raising registered bay Clydesdale draft horses since 1972 with DeVere being the fourth generation of his family to have Clydesdales. Our children, Tina and  Corey, are raising black Clydesdale horses as well as our grandson Dillon making him the sixth generation Clydesdale breeder in this country. The horses have been shown in hitch classes from cart and all the way up to the eight horse hitch. Recent years have found us concentrating on showing at halter only, leaving the hitching to the younger ones.                                                                                                                                                                          

 Summertime each year brings show season for us when we travel to horse shows throughout Wisconsin as well as state shows in Illinois, Iowa and Minnesota. Our horses are shown successfully in  halter and always qualify several horses for the All American contest.                                                    

       We are a country family who raise, work, show  and sell Clydesdale horses. We have two bay herd sires,  Birky's Pride 1st Timothy 17336 and Sir William of Pinnacle 21217.  We raise twelve to twenty quality foals each year with most of them for sale.  All of our stallions are available to outside mares.
